The Castrogiovanni family sought an opportunity to let “Little Al’s” culinary talents shine. The fact that his fresh, modern outdoor dining experience, alchemy, happens in what amounts to a parking lot makes it all the more amazing. The recipe was inspiring to be part of: equal parts creativity, culinary talent, practical ingenuity and a unerring willingness to get things done no matter how difficult.
